Storage of IP address

We store the IP address provided by your web browser strictly earmarked for a period of seven days, in the interest of detecting, limiting and eliminating attacks on our websites. After this period, we delete or anonymise the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) letter f GDPR.

Usage of date

When you visit our website, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). In the process, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web server as a log for statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our web-sites. This record consists of

  • the page from which the file was requested,
  • the name of the file,
  • the date and time of the query,
  • the amount of data transferred in bytes,
  • the access status (file transferred, file not found),
  • the description of the type of the web browser used,
  • the description of the type of the operating system used,
  • the IP address of the inquiring computer to the extent mentioned above.

The above-mentioned log data will not be merged with other data.

Establishment of contact

You have the opportunity to contact us e.g. by e-mail or mail. You decide yourself to what extent you provide us with data. We store and use this data exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6 (1) letter f GDPR. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, then the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) letter b GDPR. Your data will be deleted after the finalisation of your request; this is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally clarified and provided the erasure does not conflict with any statutory retention periods.

Data security

In order to protect your data from unwanted access as comprehensively as possible, we take technical and organisational measures. We use an encryption procedure on our web-sites. Your information will be transferred from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet via an SSL resp. TLS encryption. This is indicated by the fact that the status bar of your browser contains the lock symbol and that the address line begins with https: //.

Data transmission to third parties

We transfer your data within the scope of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to service providers who support us in the operation of our websites (e.g. hosting, maintenance, web analytics service providers) and related processes. Our service providers are bound by strict instructions and subject to a corresponding contractual obligation.
