Change on the Management Board of maxingvest ag

 

At the beginning of 2021, Thomas Holzgreve will end his tenure as CFO of maxingvest ag after twelve years. The Supervisory Board has appointed Frédéric Pflanz as his successor. The Franco-German already was a member of the Management Board from 2015 to 2017. In the past few years, he has served as CFO of the Swiss company Aryzta AG, and has sat on the Supervisory Board of Beiersdorf AG since 2019.


"Thomas Holzgreve has been straightforward, level-headed and always reliable in his work with the companies of the maxingvest Group, especially Beiersdorf AG and Tchibo GmbH, as well as Participia Holding. He has our deep gratitude for this," said Michael Herz, representative of the owner family on the Management Board of maxingvest ag. "We are very pleased that Thomas Holzgreve will remain associated with our group of companies in other functions."
